Building Connections That Work

Since 2018, we've worked with organizations across Australia who need better ways to understand their financial patterns. Our partnerships aren't about fancy presentations—they're about sharing what we've learned through years of analyzing real budget data.

Multi-Year Renewals

These numbers represent real working relationships with accounting firms, financial advisors, and business consultants. Most of our partners started with a single client project—testing whether our approach to budget analysis actually made sense for their practice.

What keeps them around? We don't oversell what we do. When a partner brings us a client situation, we're honest about whether our trend analysis tools will actually help. Sometimes they won't. And that's fine.

How We Got Here

Our partnership model evolved from conversations with people who needed different options

Late 2018

Started With One Accounting Firm

Tabitha Fenwick from a mid-sized Canberra practice asked if we could help with three of her clients who were struggling to see spending patterns. We developed a simple reporting format that worked. She referred two more firms.

2020

Expanded Beyond Canberra

Partners in Melbourne and Brisbane started asking for similar arrangements. We realized the model worked because we stayed in the background—partners maintained their client relationships while we handled the detailed analysis work.

2022

Added Training Components

Several partners asked us to train their teams on reading budget trends. We built quarterly workshops that focus on practical pattern recognition—nothing theoretical, just what actually shows up in financial data.

2025

Looking Forward

We're working on better integration options for partners who use specific accounting platforms. Expected rollout is September 2025. The goal is reducing the manual data prep that currently takes up too much time.

Who Partners With Us

Different practices need different arrangements. Here's what typically works.

Accounting Practices

We handle the detailed trend work for your clients who need deeper analysis than standard monthly reports. You stay in control of the relationship—we're just providing the technical backup when situations get complex.

Financial Advisors

Sometimes your clients need budget pattern analysis before you can properly advise them on next steps. We work on referral—you send clients who need that preliminary work, we send them back with clear data.

Business Consultants

When you're working with clients on operational improvements, you often need someone to dig into their financial patterns first. We handle that piece so you can focus on the strategic work you're actually good at.

Educational Institutions

We work with universities and training providers who teach financial analysis. Guest lectures, case study material, occasional student projects—whatever helps students see how budget analysis works in actual practice rather than textbook examples.

What Partners Actually Say

These are real comments from people we work with regularly

Saoirse Lindqvist

Saoirse Lindqvist

Principal, Westlake Advisory

I appreciate that they don't try to take over the client relationship. When I need detailed trend analysis for a business client, they handle it and send everything back through me. Makes my practice look more comprehensive without adding staff.

Esme Toivonen

Esme Toivonen

Senior Lecturer, Financial Planning

They've guest lectured for my third-year students twice now. No sales pitch—just walked through real cases and showed the students what budget analysis looks like when it's not a textbook problem. Students found it useful.

Birgitta Nylund

Birgitta Nylund

Director, Southbank Business Solutions

The referral arrangement works well. When I have consulting clients who need their financial patterns analyzed before we can move forward, I send them to brenaliqora for that piece. They come back with clear data and I can do my job properly.
